Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-354 License Change Request H03-09 PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) submitted the subject change request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on March 31,2004. The proposed change would revise the reactor pressure vessel (RPV) pressure-temperature (P-T) limits in the Technical Specifications and extend the validity of the limits to 32 effective full power years (EFPY).
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b). We have no comments.
