Dear Mr. Myers:

This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to meet and discuss performance of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. The NRC will also discuss activities related to the IMC 0350 oversight process at Davis-Besse.

The meeting will be held May 13, 2004, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EDT) at the Ottawa County Courthouse. The Courthouse is located at 315 Madison Street, Port Clinton, Ohio. This meeting is open to the public.

We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
