Communications Plan Impementation Doug/Jan/Bill, Attached is the final Comm Plan for sending the draft Order to the licensee, Each of you has responsibrilities under the Comm Plan. Please read the plan carefully. We are now implementing the expectations for internal stakeholder notification on T = -1 of potential issuance of the draft order as early as tomorrow.
Bill, you need to notify NRR ET that we are implementing the Plan and may be issuing the draft order as early as tomorrow.
Jan, you have the same responsibilities with respect to OPA and OCA.
Doug, under separate e-mail, I will send you the letter and enclosures that you will need to facilitate your responsibilities under the plan with respect to the OEDO and Commission TAs..
Please get back to Randy Baker with an e-mail when you have completed your responsibilities under this plan.
