5.b will be closed In RATI followup Dave presented a paper at panel that closes this Rem based on several inspections.
The decisIon was made to Include this iem's closure in the RATI followup since that was the final report that covered I. Panel meeting that closed I should also be referenced in the writeup and Randy can provide that date. Dave, please work with Rick and Randy on this.
