This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to discuss the results of the NMC fleet-wide review of the Emergency Plans emergency action level changes and corrective actions as well as discussing regulatory perspectives on historical emergency plan changes.
The meeting will be held on April 29, 2004, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (CDT) at the Region III Office, in Lisle, Illinois. This meeting is open to the public.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
