Fitzpatrick Dave Burch called regarding the letter from Bill Hehl dated 8114/97 with 19 concerns.
While trying to respond to the concerns, specifically item 11, the licensee felt that it did not appear to fit. Mr. Burch could not find the relevance of ACTS 8997. Item number 11 refers to ACTS 8997 and the licensee proposed that the actual ACTS number should be 8977. I spoke with Gordon Hunegs at Fitzpatrick who spoke with Dave Burch and asked if they could reply to the letter with the caveat that they assumed that the proper ACTS number should be 8977. I agreed with his assessment.
