FORT CALHOUN STATION, UNIT NO. 1 - RELIEF REQUEST FOR EXAMINATIONS WITH LESS THAN 100 PERCENT CODE COVERAGE FOR THE THIRD 10-YEAR INTERVAL (TAC NO. MC2044)
Dear Mr. Ridenoure:
By letter dated March 16, 2004, Omaha Public Power District (OPPD/the licensee) withdrew its relief request dated February 13, 2004, for examinations with less than 100 percent code coverage for the third 10-year interval. OPPD states that it will resubmit the relief request and that the revisions recommended by the staff will be incorporated. The staff has closed TAC No. MC2044 and will open a new TAC upon receipt of the revised relief request. If you have any questions, please contact me at 301-415-1445.
