Upon consideration of the NRC staffs April 1, 2004 motion to extend the time within which to answer the pending intervention petition of Connecticut Coalition Against Millstone (CCAM) until twenty-five days after intervention petitions are due to be filed in accord with the NRC staffs March 8, 2004 hearing opportunity notice, see 69 Fed. Reg. 11,897 (Mar. 12, 2004), and there being no opposition thereto, it is
- Copies of this order were sent this date by Internet e-mail transmission to counsel for (1) applicant Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc.; (2) petitioner CCAM; and (3) the staff.
ORDERED, that the staffs April 1, 2004 motion to extend the time within which to answer the pending CCAM intervention petition is granted in that the staff shall have up to and including Monday, June 7, 2004, within which to file a response to the CCAM petition.
