In the Matter of ) Docket Nos. 50-259 Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) - UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 - ANNUAL OCCUPATIONAL RADIATION EXPOSURE REPORT (AORER) - JANUARY THROUGH DECEMBER 2003 This letter provides the AORER for Units 1, 2, and 3 in accordance with BFNs Technical Specifications (TS) Section 5.6.1. This report covers the period from January through December 2003.

TS Section 5.6.1 requires that a report containing a tabulation on an annual basis of the number of station employees (including contractors), for whom monitoring was performed, receiving an annual deep dose equivalent greater than 0.100 roentgen equivalent man (100 millirem). As required by Technical Specification 5.6.1, the report provides the associated deep dose equivalent (reported in man-rem) according to work and job function. The enclosed tabulation supplements the requirements of 10 CFR 20.2206.

The enclosed tabulation report reflects radiation exposure data as tracked by electronic dosimeters on Radiation Work Permits.
