MILLSTONE POWER STATION, UNIT NO. 3, CORRECTION TO SAFETY EVALUATION ASSOCIATED WITH ISSUED AMENDMENT (TAC NO. MB8387)
Dear Mr. Christian:
By letter dated March 9, 2004, the Commission issued Amendment No. 218 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-49 for Millstone Power Station, Unit No. 3, in response to your application dated April 7, 2003 and its supplement dated September 18, 2003.
Subsequent to the mailing of this amendment, it was noted that the hard copy of the Safety Evaluation (SE) issued with this amendment was determined to have been inadvertently corrupted during reproduction, and is not a true and final copy of the official agency record.
Please note that the official agency record of this Amendment and its associated SE, as declared in ADAMS, was not corrupted.
Therefore, a replacement hard copy of the SE, reflecting the official agency record, is enclosed.
