Pursuant to our conversation with you and Mr. Brook of your office by phone on January 30, 2004, it is my understanding that there will be a technical meeting between your office and Entergy on Entergy's plan for dry cask storage at Indian Point. This meeting will take place in King of Prussia, PA.
It is also my understanding that this meeting will be followed within a week by a public meeting to be held in Westchester at a place yet to be determined. I believe that it is very important that you have a public meeting in the county that is host to the nuclear plants. You have made the right decision to do so.
I am looking forward to meeting publicly with all concerned groups in the near fbture.
