Coordinate work of the Technical Staff Support Engineers, Chemistry Coordinator, and Data Technicians. Answer questions and solve problems posed by the Damage Control Team Coordinator, Ops Coordinator, and Emergency Director.

MAJOR TASKS: TAB: REVISION:

Upon arrival at the TSC, get updated on the TAB A - 4 status of the plant and determine Technical Support requirements.

Review the current classification. TAB B 2 Coordinate problem-solving efforts. TAB C 4 Communicate technical information. TAB D 5 Organize technical, chemical, and engineering TAB E support in the TSC Ubrary.

Make sure information and functions that are TAB F 1 in progress during shift relief are turned over smoothly.

Close out your function when emergency is TAB G 2 terminated.

Determine if RB HVAC can be restarted. TAB H 5 Determine if fuel pool boiling can be expected TAB I 3 and initiate actions as necessary to prevent fuel pool boiling or to mitigate the consequences of fuel pool boiling.

3. When needed, request General HELP Electric BWR Emergency Support. GENERAL ELECTRIC BWR EMERGENCY SUPPORT PROGRAM SLe TAB 1t 5 Establish/maintain a list of 5a Ensure Tracking of concurrent current/concurrent EAL's. EAL's at all Emergency levels Sb. Monitor plant conditions on an ongoing basis so that concurrent EALs can be assessed continuously. It is the intent of this step that concurrent EALs be identified in real time and not at a later time in the emergency.

NOTE: THE INFORMATION ON CONCURRENT EALS IS REQUIRED SO THAT THE EMERGENCY DIRECTOR AND THE TSC CAN DETERMINE IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN RADIOLOGICAL RELEASE STATUS. IT IS ALSO REQUIRED SO THAT COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE OFFSITE AGENCIES CAN BE AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE.
