SUMMARY

During the month, departures from full power operation occurred for the following:

1.) On February 18 at 2145 for a load line adjustment.

2.) At 2257 on February 27 for performing various surveillance tests and sequence exchange. Rated power was achieved at 0100 on February 29.

3.) On February 29 at 0933 and 2159 for load line adjustments.
