Dear Mr. Mendonca:
Attached is the description on how the University of Utah (Facility R-126) is complying with the NRC-recommended site-specific compensatory measures (CM) for physical security of reactors licensed at less then 2 Mw.
The last paragraph of Section B was modified to read:
"The CENTER's access authorization program ensures that individual's identity, nationality, immigration status, and character/reputation be verified for those with unescorted access privileges to the facility. All other individuals are appropriately escorted and monitored when visiting the facility."
