Attached you will find the requested information for the Nuclear Engineering Teaching Laboratory at The University of Texas at Austin (UT). These Compensatory Measures (CM) were reviewed and approved by the UT Reactor Committee on April 17, 2003.

The NETL staff made modifications to the original submittal following a site visit by the NRC in May 2003. To aid in your review of the CM, I have enclosed a copy of the NETL Security Plan (Rev 1) and the existing NETL Security Procedures (3.00).
