Please find the enclosed revision to Page 7 of the Compensatory Measures Plan submitted by the University of Massachusetts on July 23, 2003. A copy of the page with highlighted changes is also enclosed.
The revision is in response to your email dated 9/12/2003 (attached) and addresses item related to NRC guidance III.B.4.a.8. Please note that NRC guidance III.B.4.a.5 was already addressed in the original submission and has been yellow-highlighted on the enclosed copy.
