- 1) NRC License R-33, Docket 50-73 Gentlemen:, GE Nuclear Test Reactor Compensatory Measures Implementation Plan, Revison 1, is submitted in response to the NRC letter, dated January 23, 2003, "Site-specific compensatory measures for physical security in the current threat environment at research and test reactors licensed to operate at power levels less than 2.0 megawatts".
The subject plan was prepared using the guidance provided by the NRC in the letter dated March 30, 2003, and from discussions with NRC representatives on July 31, 2003.
