On August 22, 2003, a licensee employee tested positive for marijuana on a random test. The licensee employee was denied access. The licensee employee was provided with the opportunity to appeal the denial. There was no appeal. The licensee employee was granted unescorted access after satisfactory management and medical assurance was obtained regarding the individual's fitness for duty.
On December 8, 2003, a contractor employee tested positive for cocaine on a random test. The contractor employee was denied access. The contractor employee was provided with the opportunity to appeal the denial. There was no appeal and the individual's access remains denied.
