Summary: There were no unplanned power reductions greater than 20% this month. The only significant planned reduction was from 96% power to 75% power on January 10 for Control Rod Testing and HCU Maintenance. Full power was achieved on January 11, 2004.

End-of-cycle coastdown began January 1, 2004.
