Entergy Nuclear New York Investment Company I and Entergy Nuclear New York Investment II were the parent corporations of Entergy Nuclear FitzPatrick, LLC (ENF) and Entergy Nuclear IP3, LLC (ENIP3), with each corporation owning a fifty percent interest in ENF and ENIP3. The merged corporation will remain the parent of ENF and ENIP3.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page Two February 16, 2004 The merged corporation has the same Board of Directors as the pre-merger corporations, and is owned by the same parent corporation, Entergy Nuclear Holding Co. #1. The licensed operator of FitzPatrick and 1P3 will continue to be Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. It is anticipated that the name of the merged corporation will change from Entergy Nuclear New York Investment Company Ito Entergy Nuclear New York Investment Company. We will notify you when that name change occurs.
