VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 CATEGORY 1 STRUCTURES - SETTLEMENT MONITORING PROCEDURE REVISION As required by Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board Decision ALAB-578, this letter is to notify you that a revision has been made to periodic test procedure 0-PT-112, Category 1 Structures - Settlement Monitoring.
Periodic test procedure 0-PT-1 12: was revised due to the replacement of metal expansion joints in the Service Water Tie-In Vault with rubber expansion joints. The specific changes to the procedure are to add references to the design change and pipe stress calculation associated with the expansion joint replacement. In addition, a note on Attachment 1, Current Settlement or Total Settlement of Class 1 Structures,. was changed to update the indicated'armount of settlement required for adjustment for Service Water Tie-In Vault marker points and the supports to be adjusted.
