Our review of your submittals dated March 20, 2003, and February 4, 2004, has determined that you have adequately provided financial assurance for the following NRC licenses: DPR-1, R-33, TR-1, DR-10, SNM-960 and SNM-2500. No further information is required and we consider this action closed.
