Could you all possibly tell me if and when your licensee's might have loaded Holtec HISTORM or HISTAR casks from Sept 21,2001 to February 8, 2002.
Our new violation is for failure to prevent the inadvertent use of nonconforming material (casks). At least one licensee, Dresden, loaded a cask in Dec 2001. The casks were identified as not meeting the CoC on September 21, at an inspection exit. The problem was the lack of NRC approved exceptions to the ASME Code.
A prompt answer would be appreciated.
Thanks Paul
