Steam generator tube surveillance
- Dale, We would like to have a phone call to discuss your method for assessing cracking in the roll transition in the upper tubesheet (Question 4).
Specifically, we would like to obtain the profile of the crack in tube 2A Row 63 Tube 78. We also want you to discuss your basis for assuming that the crack in this tube grew over multiple cycles (instead of one cycle or less than a cycle). Additionally, discuss your plans for inspecting this region in the future.
Friday at 9 am would be a good time to hold call.
