CONFIRMATION OF TELEPHONE CONVERSATION REGARDING PRELIMINARY SIGNIFICANCE DETERMINATION The purpose of this letter is to confirm a telephone conversation held between Mr. Kenneth Riemer, Chief, Plant Support Branch, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and Mr. Toby Woods, Compliance Supervisor, Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M), on February 10, 2004. The subject of this telephone conversation was the preliminary significance determination outlined in NRC Inspection Report 50-315/316-2003016, "Radiation Protection Inspection."
I&M accepts the NRC's preliminary significance determination and does not intend to request a Regulatory Conference or to submit a wvritten position on the preliminary significance determination.
There are no commitments included in this submittal.
