REACTOR AND SENIOR REACTOR OPERATOR INITIAL EXAMINATIONS -
SURRY POWER STATION 05000280/2004-301 AND 05000281/2004-301
Dear Mr. Christian:
In a telephone conversation on February 10, 2004, between Mr. Jeff T. Spence, Initial Training
Supervisor and Mr. Steven D. Rose, Operations Engineer, changes were made for the
administration of licensing examinations at Surry Power Station. At the request of your staff,
the written examination has been rescheduled to be administered on March 4, 2004 instead of
February 18, 2004 as originally scheduled. The operating test is still scheduled for the weeks of
February 23, 2004 and March 1, 2004.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its
enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document
Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system
(ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-
rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
