Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) and Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) appreciate the opportunity to provide comments on the proposed draft criteria for determining feasibility of manual actions to achieve post-fire safe shutdown, as described in the subject Federal Register Notice.
