Attachment NOC-AE-04001679 Page I of 2 STP NUCLEAR OPERATING COMPANY SEMI-ANNUAL FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORT July 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003 During the second performance period of 2003, the STPNOC FFD Program conducted a total of 682 FFD screening tests that resulted in 2 positive test results. The two positives were comprised of short-term contractors. STPNOC conducted 391 random tests resulting in a random testing rate of 49% of the average annual population with an annual random testing rate of 50%.*

STPNOC did not have any 10CFR26.73 reportable events during the performance period.
