RESPONSE TO LETTER REQUESTING ELIGIBILITY EVALUATION
Dear Mr. Warner:
The purpose of this letter is to provide a response to your letter NYN-03059 dated July 9, 2003.
Based on our internal review in Region I and in consultation with our Operator Licensing Program Office, we have determined that this individual meets the eligibility requirements for a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license application, based on his education, work experience, and Station-specific training. Therefore, he is eligible to take the January 2005 licensing examination as an instant SRO candidate.
