Florida Power and Light Company St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 FPL Energy Seabrook, LLC Seabrook Station Docket No. 50- 443 Response to Order for Compensatorv Measures Related to Access Authorization In accordance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) Order (Item C. 2) dated January 7, 2003, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) and FPL Energy Seabrook, LLC (FPL Energy Seabrook) hereby notifies the NRC that the compensatory measures have been completed.
FPL Energy Seabrook notes that subsequent to January 7, 2004, 14 individuals were found who had not had their access authorization updated in accordance with the Order.
These 14 individuals had unescorted access and 13 of them had entered the Protected Area. Upon discovery of this administrative error, the individuals' badges were placed on hold and the access authorization update completed. There were no issues identified which would have prevented granting unescorted access to the 14 individuals and their unescorted access has since been restored.
