VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS I AND 2 REVISION PROVIDED FOR THE ORDER FOR INTERIM SAFEGUARDS AND SECURITY COMPENSATORY MEASURES DATED FEBRUARY 25, 2002 On February 25, 2002, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures (the Order) to all operating nuclear power reactor licensees. Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) submitted an answer to the Order on March 15, 2002 (Serial No.02-136). Dominion provided additional information in letters dated May 9, 2002 and July 15, 2002 (Serial Nos. 02-136A and 02-136B, respectively), and notified the NRC of compliance with the Order in an August 29, 2002 letter (Serial No. 02-136C).
The purpose of this letter is to revise our response to interim compensatory measure (ICM) B.4.e, as a result of recent station modifications.
