The meeting, which was rescheduled from February 4, 2004, is a Predecisional Enforcement Conference to discuss an apparent willful violation of the Technical Specification overtime requirement on March 12 and March 13, 2001, when apparently FENOC employees and employees of a FENOC contractor failed to obtain prior approval for overtime and falsified information on related time cards. The apparent violation is discussed in an NRC letter to FENOC, dated December 19, 2003 (ADAMS Accession No. ML033560448).
