MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNITS 1, 2 AND 3 PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 46 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) is submitting revised pages to the Physical Security Plan for Millstone Power Station associated with Revision 46 (Attachment 1). This plan revision became effective December 12, 2003. A description of the changes is provided in Attachment 2. We have determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
