Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Unit I and Unit 2 Notification of Full Compliance with Order EA-02-261, Order for Compensatory Measures Related to Access Authorization In a letter dated January 7, 2003, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued an Order that modified the facility operating licenses for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant (CNP) Units 1 and 2, DPR-58 and DPR-74.

This Order required compliance with specific safeguards and security compensatory measures provided in the Order Attachment 2 -

Compensatory Measures for Access Authorization, by January 7, 2004, and to report to the Commission when compliance was achieved.

Indiana Michigan Power Company, the licensee for CNP Units I and 2, implemented the requirements of the Order Attachment 2 as of January 7, 2004, and is in full compliance of the Order.
