Current Implementation of Fig 6-1 of Ref (2)
On December 3 15, 2003, Chuck Bassett filled the position of Facilities Maintenance &
Quality Assurance. To support this, I was assigned responsibility for the remainder of the Regulatory Compliance Function. Formal turnover of the Radiation Safety and Criticality Safety Functions is to occur on January 30th.
The second organizational change replaces Louis Quintana with Scott Bump as the Site Manager, effective February 2 3r.
Mr. Bump will take on Mr. Quintana's responsibilities for the Vallecitos Nuclear Center Operations. Mr. Bump has been designated by the General Managers of the General Electric divisions represented at VNC as the manager responsible for the nuclear safety, industrial safety and environmental compliance for the entire site.
These positions are detailed in section 6 of Reference (2.) Enclosure (1) details the current implementation of Figure 6-1 in Ref 2.
