Dear Mr Matthews:
This letter is in response to your letter of 12/5/03 related to security and safeguards at our facility.
On 11/17/03 all nuclear fuel was removed from our NRC-licensed research reactor and is now safely stored at the INEEL facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
It is my understanding that the implementation of compensatory measures (CM) related to our facility is no longer required. If additional action is required concerning this matter, please advise.
