LETTER TO PUBLIC SERVICE ENTERPRISE GROUP CONCERNING THE WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR RAISING AND ADDRESSING SAFETY CONCERNS AT THE SALEM AND HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATIONS On January 28, 2004, the NRC staffs letter concerning the work environment for raising and addressing safety concerns at the Salem and Hope Creek Generating Stations was hand-carried to each Commissioners office. The subject letter is publicly available. Also, provided were the staffs Communications Plan and Questions and Answers (Qs & As). The Communications Plan and Qs and As are intended to enhance NRC effectiveness in discussing these matters, but are not being made publicly available.
