We have completed our internal customer purchase order review and have prepared the attached list of customers who have purchased the 977-20i or 977-210 Ion Chamber subject to the requirements of I0CFR21. As of January 28, 2004, 10CFR21 notification letters have been sent to the utilities listed.
We are also in the process of sending notification letters to all other customers that have purchased the 977-201 or 977-210 Ion Chamber for use in non-1 OCFR21 reportable applications.
In addition, we have logged this notification in our Customer Complaint tracking system (number 352). This will provide a central information gathering and distribution point, and will ensure that replacement PROMS are properly provided.
Remaining actions:
Issue remaining letters by 2115/04.
