MILLSTONE POWER STATION, UNIT NO. 2, DRAFT REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DISCUSSED IN A CONFERENCE CALL (TAC NO. MB5019)
On January 22, 2004, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff had a conference call with Mr. David Dodson, Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (the licensee) regarding the draft Request for Additional Information (RAI) transmitted by facsimile to them on December 4, 2003 (see ML033490721). This draft RAI was transmitted to facilitate the technical review being conducted by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation and to support this conference call with the licensee to discuss the RAI. The RAI was related to the licensees submittal dated May 7, 2002, as supplemented April 7, 2003, concerning the Boration System technical specification requirements. Upon review of the RAI during this call, the staff is satisfied with the information previously provided by the licensee, and the RAI will not be formally submitted to them for a response.
