January 26, 2004 MEETING WITH DIABLO CANYON POWER PLANT MANAGEMENT FACILITY: Diablo Canyon Power Plant DOCKETS: 50-275; 50-323 DATE AND TIME: February 4, 2004 6:30 p.m. (PDT)

LOCATION: Embassy Suites Hotel 333 Madonna Road San Luis Obispo, CA 93405 PURPOSE: Two meetings will be held. The first will be a technical meeting (Category 1) to discuss the results of the licensees Special Report submitted following the December 22, 2003, earthquake near San Simeon, California. Immediately following the technical meeting on the Special Report, a second meeting (Category 3) will be conducted to provide a detailed interim exit of an NRC inspection conducted following the December 22, 2003, earthquake.

CATEGORY 1: The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

CATEGORY 3: Public participation is actively sought. The meeting is specifically tailored for the public to comment and ask questions throughout the meeting.
