INTRODUCTION The reactor operated continuously in December with the following exceptions: 5 shutdowns for scheduled maintenance and refueling.
MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES 12/01/03 Refueled - removed core 03-55, loaded core 03-56.
Replaced FT-912C (Pool Demin) differential pressure transmitter with a new Rosemount model.1151 transmitter in accordance with Modification Record 03-2.
12/08/03 Refueled - removed core 03-56, loaded core 03-57.
Rebuilt V507B (Primary Isolation Valve) air actuator.
12/15/03 Refueled - removed core 03-57, loaded core 03-58.
Replaced A2 Driver Card in Nuclear Instrumentation Signal Processor Drawer #1.
Replaced oil seal on P5OlA (Primary Pump).
12/22/03 Refueled - removed core 03-58, loaded core 03-59.
12/29/03 Refueled - removed core 03-59, loaded core 03-60.
