The source of the air in-leakage had been located at the welded joint (seam) in the high pressure condenser loop seal. Following condenser repairs, the reactor was taken critical at 04:04 on December 4, and the generator synchronized to the grid at 01:15 on

' 666hiber'51 Fullth-e-ra-aI power was~ achieved on DecembeFr6-at 21:57. ' For the remainder of the month, three brief power reductions of approximately 5% to adjust loadline were performed on December 7 (two) and 26. At 1305 on December 31, reactor power was decreased to 47.7% for maintenance on the 'B' Reactor Feed Pump. Full power was achieved on January 1 at 0439.
