Stephen A. Byrne (SCE&G) to Mr. Samuel J. Collins letter dated March 15, 2002 Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station (VCSNS) provided a response to the Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures Order issued by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission on February 25, 2002 in a letter dated March 15, 2002. In the response VCSNS identified actions to be taken to comply with the order. VCSNS requests approval of a revision to the actions identified for Condition B.2.b. The specific actions are enclosed for your review.
The enclosure contains safeguards information as defined in Section 73.21. VCSNS, therefore, requests that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure.
