Dear Mr. Christian:
By letter dated December 10, 2003, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Amendment No. 217 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-49 for the Millstone Power Station, Unit No. 3 in response to your application dated December 11, 2002, as supplemented by letter dated June 24, 2003. An error was noted on index page xii. The title under Section 3/4.10.5 had been changed inadvertently. Enclosed please find the corrected page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
