Withdrawing Ford Nuclear Reactor License and Tcchnical Specification Amendment 46, Elimination of Limiting Conditionfor Operation 3.4.4
Dear Mr. Isaac:
The University of Michigan, Ford Nuclear Reactor is withdrawing the request for Amendment 46, Elimination of Limiting Condlitionfor Operation 3.4.4 submitted on 20 December 2002.
On 25 November 2003, the UniversityofMichigan's FordNuclearReactornotified the Director, Division ofRegulatory Improvements Programs ofthe University's ,vithdrawing ofcommitments imposed through ConfirmatoryAction Letter dated 28 October 2003. Amendment 46 was necessary to support an action contained in one of these commitments related to the final site specific ICM implementation plan dated 8 October 2002. Since this commitment has been withdrawn, Amendment 46 is no longer needed.
