Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-354 License Change Request H03-07 PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) submitted the subject change request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on October 23, 2003. The proposed change would revise the Technical Specifications to delete surveillance requirements associated with the Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) lockout features.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b). We have no comments.
