FEMA REGION IV FINAL EXERCISE REPORT FOR AUGUST 21, 2002 FULL PARTICIPATION PLUME EXERCISE - FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT
Dear Mr. Stinson:
Enclosed is the subject report for the August 21, 2002, full participation plume phase pathway exercise of the offsite radiological emergency response plans site-specific to the Farley Nuclear Plant. All objectives of the exercise were demonstrated with no Deficiencies identified.
However; there was one Area Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) identified concerning the provision of permanent-record dosimetry to emergency workers at a reception center and an emergency worker decontamination station.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
