Jack Skolds Transition from President ( Exelon Nuclear) to Executive Vice-President (Exelon) and President,

Chris Crane Transition from Chief Operating Officer (Exelon Nuclear) to President (Exelon Nuclear) - replaces

. Skolds.

James Meister Transition from Vice-President Engineering (Exelon Nuclear) to Vice-President of Nuclear Services

. (Exelon Nuclear).

Amir Shahkarami Transition from Dresden Engineering Manager to Vice-President Engineering (Exelon Nuclear) -
