CLINTON POWER STATION - NOTIFICATION OF NRC BIENNIAL HEAT SINK PERFORMANCE BASELINE INSPECTION
Dear Mr. Skolds:
Per discussion between Mr. William Iliff of your staff and Mr. Gerry ODwyer of my staff, the NRC will conduct the biennial heat sink baseline inspection at the Clinton Power Station during the week of March 15, 2004. This on-site inspection will be performed in accordance with the NRC baseline Inspection Procedure 71111.07.
We understand that our regulatory contact for this inspection is Ron Frantz of your organization.
If there are any questions about the inspection, please contact the inspector, Mrs. Patricia Lougheed, at (630) 829-9760.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
