FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY DEFICIENCY CLEARED DURING THE DECEMBER 1, 2003, REMEDIAL EXERCISE
Dear Mr. Williams:
The purpose of this letter is to thank you and your staff for working with the appropriate off-site governmental agencies to ensure a timely resolution of the deficiency that was identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region VI, during evaluation of the September 17, 2003, emergency preparedness exercise at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Generating Station. The deficiency was re-evaluated as closed during a December 1, 2003, re-demonstration, and was documented in the Federal Emergency Management Agency exercise report for Grand Gulf, dated December 17, 2003.
